LOG : 丸太 / ログ（記録）

LOGは、福島県大玉村の森の中にあります。
フクロウやリス、カモシカ、イノシシ、イモリにカエルなど、沢山の動植物達が暮らす生命豊かな土地です。
敷地内には綺麗な小川が流れていて、季節の植物など、美しい自然と触れ合えるのも魅力の一つ。

山から頂くモノ全般を総称し「特用林産物」と言います。
かつての里山では、そんな山の恵みを中心とした暮らしが当たり前でした。
昨今、燃料革命などの様々な技術の進歩を経て、里山の文化は衰退傾向にあります。
ここ福島の地で70年間林業を生業としてきた私達が、
日本特有の里山文化と共に、皆様に素敵な森・山をご案内致します。

LOG is located in the forest of Otama Village, Fukushima Prefecture.
It is a land rich in life where many animals and plants live, including owls, squirrels, antelopes, wild boars, newts, and frogs.
A beautiful stream runs through the property,
and one of the attractions of this place is that visitors can enjoy the beauty of nature,
including seasonal plants.

The general term for all the things we receive from the mountains is "special forest products".
In the past, it was commonplace for people in satoyama to live mainly on the bounty of the mountains.
Nowadays, with the advancement of various technologies such as the fuel revolution, the satoyama culture is on the decline.
Here in Fukushima, we have been engaged in forestry for 70 years,
